Terms of Service
In force from 15 September 2026.
Who we are
Building a Way of Life is a written program sold by Rai Pardo, Chile. Write to us at awayoflife.com@gmail.com.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the merchant of record: legally, you buy from Paddle, and Paddle's terms for buyers apply to the payment. Everything else — the program, your account, your access — is between you and us, under these terms.
What you are buying
Access to the program: the written readings, the templates, the resource collection as it grows, and an account that keeps your place. Nothing is shipped. Nothing is downloaded except what you choose to print or copy for your own use.
The program teaches a framework for deciding how you want to live. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace any. What you build with it is yours, and so are the decisions.
Your account
One account per person, for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 18.
The price and access
One payment of the price shown on the offer page. It buys ongoing access: for as long as the program is offered online, it is yours, updates included, with no further payment.
If we ever close the program, we will tell you at least 90 days ahead and give you a way to keep the readings.
Changing your mind
If the program is not for you, you have thirty days from the day you buy to say so, for any reason, and you get all of it back.
Email awayoflife.com@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Say you want a refund; you do not have to say why. We answer within three working days, and Paddle, who took the payment, returns it to the card or account you paid with. Banks take five to ten working days to show it. Your access ends when the refund is made.
After thirty days, ask anyway. We can't promise, but we will listen: the program is meant to be used over a year, and if something went wrong, we would rather know.
If the price is out of reach, write to us before you buy. That is a different conversation from a refund, and we have it gladly.
What you may do with the readings
Read them, print them, copy them into your own notebook or app, and use them to build your own way of life. They are written by Rai Pardo and remain his. You may not resell them, publish them, share your account, or pass the readings to people who have not bought the program. Quoting a line to say where it came from is fine.
What we may change
The readings, the resources and the program's pages change over time; that is the point of updates. We may also change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and if a change matters to what you bought, we will email you.
When access ends
Yours, by asking us to delete your account. Ours, only if the account is used against these terms — sharing it, or redistributing the readings — and then we will say why.
What we are not responsible for
We keep the program online and working with care, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer, including under Chile's Ley 19.496.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of Chile. Disputes go to the courts of Chile, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them at home.
